shrimp and mango salsa?
At a banquet there was a salsa type dish that was served was shrimp, mango, cucumber, tomato, cilantro, jalapenos and other ingredients. I asked the chef about it and I remember him telling me that the shrimp is not really "cooked", but lemon juice or lime or something on the plate is what actually "cooked" the shrimp. I can not remember what the dish of salsa, as it was. Does anyone have any idea of what it's called and where I can find a recipe for it? I found a good number of "Mango Salsa" recipes, but nothing that sounds like this dish served. I found … its called shrimp ceviche. Do it tomorrow. This material is sent from heaven.
You can also make this dish with seafood, too. Ceviche is a wonderful way to serve fresh fish and preserve the integrity of the fish, which does not help to cook
