i have one that i just now came up with and it is GOOD!
this is for vegetarians and meat eaters
get some salsa,beans,sourcream,shredded cheddar cheese,an onion,and mexican rice.or any kind u have.
chop the onions into small pieces and put in a tiny bit of oil for a few minutes until golden colored.add some chili powder for taste if ud like.then add the beans,and rice.let it get hot then add some salt and pepper and wutever other seasoning u want.then add the salsa and let it get warm/hot.then get some sourcream and cheese and top it with that.get some chips or a tortilla or wutever and EAT!if u want meat then add some chicken or wutever to it but that takes too long.this took me like 5 minutes
I used to make ‘spaghetti sandwiches’ for my nephew when he was little. And it has since become a family thing. I ‘invented’ it once when I was babysitting him and ran out of noodles. But I did have frozen garlic bread. So I made spaghetti sauce from the package, drained the liquid from it and did not add any additional water. Then, I toasted the frozen garlic bread. Once toasted, I served the sauce on top…like an open faced sandwich…and sprinkled with parmesan. We STILL eat this, and he is 16 now. My sister makes it at home all the time!! We just call it, ‘the spaghetti sandwich!’

A popular food genre which is eaten all over the world is Mexican food. You will need raw chicken breasts, large wholemeal burrito tortillas, lettuce, low-fat shredded cheese, guacamole, refried beans and salsa. All of these ingredients are low in fat, low in complex carbohydrates, and contain additional health benefits and nutrients. To make your Mexican chicken burrito even healthier, why not go organic? You can purchase all of these ingredients as organic items.
The first step in cooking your Mexican chicken burrito is to cook the chicken. The easiest and fastest way to cook the chicken is to grill it. A raw chicken breast takes about eight minutes to grill. You can also bake the chicken in the oven, which takes about 20 minutes. If you want to have shredded chicken in the burrito, you can boil it or leave it in a slow cooker for a few hours. Depending on your cooking method, marinating or putting a rub on the chicken a few hours prior to cooking will significantly add flavor without adding too many calories.
Once the chicken is cooked, the next step is to form your burritos. Begin by spreading refried beans one side of the wholemeal tortilla. Then put about two inch-wide pieces of chicken and a small handful of cheese on top of the beans. Make sure the tortilla can fold and close easily. After folding up your chicken burrito, the next step is to put the closed burrito on a skillet or grill at a medium heat for just a few minutes. The point of this is to get the cheese melted and the tortilla warm, perhaps a little toasted on the outside.
After grilling it, next you need to open up your delicious Mexican chicken burrito and add the rest of the condiments. Put in as much lettuce and salsa as you desire and a dollop of guacamole. After folding up the burrito again, you’re done and it’s ready to eat!
You can make some variations to this recipe very easily. Adding grilled and seasoned capsicum, for example, and onions or jalapeño chilli’s to the mix will turn the burrito into a fajita burrito. Both the chicken burrito and fajita burrito would be paired well with a serving of soft steamed rice. Other Mexican chicken recipes could include tortillas or chicken tacos. Used steamed chicken, shredded, for your tacos and to reduce the fat in the meal. Try soft tacos as well as crispy as another healthy Mexican meal option.

If you want a plum wine, I would ask your local wine monger which he or she recommends with that meal. For me, I would go for a Sauvignon Blanc (if a white wine) or a soft, fruity Pinot Noir (if a red wine).
